TNLA PAC Shotgun Drawing Rules:
1. This is not a raffle. You need not purchase an entry to participate, however each donation goes to support TNLA PAC.
2. This activity supports the TNLA PAC. The funds will not be used for any other activity.
3. All contributions must be by personal check or personal credit card. No corporate contributions. Individuals prohibited by law from contributing to political action committees cannot participate.
4. Drawing for the prize will be conducted during the TNLA EXPO. Winner will receive the shotgun prize and is solely responsible for all taxes, fees, and permitting associated with prize receipt and/or use. Odds of winning the prize depend on the number of eligible entries received.
5. No employees or family members of TNLA employees may participate.
6. Contributions are NOT deductible as charitable contributions.
